Our Data Security Procedures
AirTutoring has security measures in place to help protect against the loss, misuse and/or unauthorized alteration of information you provide to us or that we collect. You are the only user authorized to update your account, unless you provide your login/password information to another party. We will assume that anyone who has the required login/password information for your account is you, so please keep this information confidential. AirTutoring helps protect personally identifiable information by utilizing both online and offline security methods, including firewalls, passwords and restricted physical access to the servers where your information is stored. Our staff is trained to comply with our security procedures, are bound by confidentiality and our security procedures are reviewed and revised periodically.
To provide you with ease of access to your account and to help administer the AirTutoring service, AirTutoring implements technology that enables us to recognize you as the account holder and provide you with direct access to your account without requiring you to retype any password or other user identification when you revisit the AirTutoring service. You can choose not to take advantage of this feature on your computer by unchecking the box "Remember me" when you login on the website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access information and for restricting access to your computer or device through which you access your AirTutoring account. Where possible, users of public or shared devices should logout at the completion of each visit. If you sell or return a computer or device, you should log-out and deactivate the device before doing so. If you do not maintain the security of your password or device, or fail to log out or deactivate your device, subsequent users may be able to access your account, including your personal information.
Unfortunately, no security system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee the security of your information and cannot assume liability for improper access to it. By using our service, including our website and user interfaces, or providing information to us through any means, you agree that we can communicate with you electronically regarding security, privacy, and administrative issues relating to your use of AirTutoring and our Services.

Types Of Information We Collect
Information is collected from our users at several different points during visits to AirTutoring
Information you provide us: AirTutoring may ask you to provide us with information about yourself when you choose to fill out a form, including, without limitation, in order to register for login access, membership subscription, sign up for our newsletter, information request to search or be matched with an educational institution; or when you participate in a promotion or respond to a survey. Examples of the types of this personally identifiable information you may provide to us include, but are not necessarily limited to, your name, educational goals, email address, telephone number, credit card, and home address; and information about your age, education level, career aspirations, and your interest in and use of various products, programs, and services. You can always choose not to provide us with information, but then some of our products and services, and certain parts of the site may not be accessible to you. You may also elect to register or use our site using an account you already have with certain third-party social networking sites("SNS") (including, but not limited to, Facebook). For example, AirTutoring may allow you to create an account and log in to AirTutoring using your Facebook account credentials through Facebook Connect.
Collection of Information from Children: AirTutoring abides by federal law and the guidelines set up by the Federal Trade Commission regarding youth privacy. As such, AirTutoring will not knowingly collect any personal information from or allow the registration of young people under the age of thirteen (13) years without consent from parents or guardian.
Referring Friends or Sharing: You can choose to let others know about AirTutoring through our referral or sharing features. If you choose to use one of these features, we will ask you for that person's name and e-mail address and AirTutoring will send him or her one or more e-mails inviting him or her to visit AirTutoring to learn more about our services. AirTutoring stores their contact information for the sole purpose of sending these e-mails and corresponding reminders.
Information we automatically collect: We collect and keep track of information about your interactions with AirTutoring using technologies like cookies and web beacons, via our web server's log files, mobile analytics software or by our various tracking technologies, including but not limited to: our advertisements and other promotional content, browser information, your device IP address, whether you clicked on one of our advertisements, pages you've visited on the site, videos you watched, which website you came from, date and time stamp information, your online activity, course and section selections, reviews, ratings, payment history, correspondence, device and software data (such as type, configuration and unique identifiers), and other navigation and click-through information. Although information we collect through these tracking devices is not always personally identifiable when collected, we may combine such information with personally identifiable information like your name or email address. User Communications: When you send email, contact our Support or help desk or other communications to AirTutoring, we may retain and share those communications in order to process, respond or improve our services.
Information from other sources: We may collect and receive information about you from third parties, including websites which publish our ads and offers, as well as other online and offline sources such as identity verification services and consumer reporting agencies, and we may combine such information with other information you have provided to us. We may supplement this information with information from other sources, including offline data and your browsing behavior on other sites and interactions with our advertising. We also provide analysis of our users in the aggregate or individual form to prospective partners, advertisers and other third parties. We may also disclose and otherwise use, your viewing history, ratings, consumption habits, commentary, reviews and other information. For example, we use ratings and consumption behavior to improve our recommendations to you as well as other users.
Service Providers. We will share your Personal Information with third parties to provide services to us or you in connection with the Services, but subject to confidentiality obligations which limit their use and disclosure of such information. For example, we may provide your Personal Information to companies that provide services to help us with our business activities, such as shipping your order, sending our emails, or offering customer service. If you purchase any products or services, our billing partner will receive billing and financial information (e.g., credit card numbers) necessary to process your charges, including your postal and e-mail addresses, depending on your payment method.
Sweepstakes, Contests and Promotions. We may offer sweepstakes, contests, and other promotions ("Promotion") that may require registration. By participating in a Promotion, you are agreeing to governing terms, conditions or official rules, which may contain specific requirements of you, including allowing the sponsor(s) of the Promotion to use your name, voice, likeness or other indicia of persona in advertising or marketing associated with the Promotion. If you choose to enter a Promotion, Personal Information, such as your name and shipping address, may be disclosed to third parties or the public in connection with the administration of such Promotion, including, without limitation, in connection with winner selection, prize fulfillment, and as required by law or permitted by the Promotion's official rules, such as on a winners list.
More About Cookies And Related Technology
One type of cookie we use, known as a "persistent" cookie, is set once you've logged in to your account on the Services. If you do not log out of your account, then the next time you visit, the persistent cookie will allow us to recognize you as an existing user so you will not need to log in before using the Services. Of course, if you are using a public computer or sharing your private computer with others, you should log out of your account after each visit. If you log out of a Service, you will need to re-enter your password the next time you visit in order to log in to your account. You can remove persistent cookies by following directions provided in your Internet browser's "help" file. We also use a cookie which functions as a "session" cookie, meaning that it is used to identify a particular visit. Session cookies expire after a short time or when you close your web browser.
Providing Information. You can always choose not to provide us with your personally identifiable information if you are not comfortable with our ability to use and share that information as set forth in this PrivacyPolicy. Note, however, that you may not have access to certain of our products and services (like our school matching service or subscription service) if you decide not to provide us with your information.
Opting Out of Our Promotional Emails. You may opt-out of receiving marketing and promotional emails from us at any time by using the opt-out mechanism contained in such emails (also referred to as “unsubscribe"), or by submitting your request to info @airTutoring.com. Please allow 30 business days for us to process your opt-out request. Also, note that opting out of receiving promotional email communications will affect only future communications from us. If we already provided your information to a third party before you changed your preferences or updated your information, you may have to change your preferences directly with that third party as well.
Declining Cookies. If you do not want to accept our cookies, you can adjust your browser settings to decline cookies. You should note, however, that certain areas of the site may not operate properly if you decide not to accept cookies.
NAI Opt-Out. Some third party advertising companies we use may collect information about you through cookies and other technologies in connection with their behavioral advertising programs (see "More About Cookies and Related Technology" Section, above, for additional information). Although we don't control the programs, practices, or policies of such third party advertising companies, the Network Advertising Initiative(NAI) maintains an opt-out tool which allows you to opt-out of participating in behavioral advertising programs of NAI member companies. Canceling Your Membership.You may cancel your AirTutoring subscription membership at any time, by accessing the "My Dashboard “page on our website and follow the instructions for cancellation under the “Change subscription settings" link. AirTutoring will retain all information as needed to provide you with Services, including but not limited to, quickly reactivating your account at a later time. We will also retain and use your information as necessary to comply with out legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Transfer Of Information
Given that the Internet is a global environment, using the Internet to collect and process information necessarily involves the transmission of data on an international basis. Therefore, by using AirTutoring, you acknowledge and agree to the transfer of your information outside your country of residence to any country (including the United States) where we have facilities or engage third parties (including but not limited to payment processors, cloud service or other IT providers, and other companies that provide services to us). You understand that the countries to which we may transfer information may not have as comprehensive a level of data protection as in your country.
